Lead Product Designer

Sure Jake, Inc. is a next-generation creator platform aimed at enhancing the creator economy. They are seeking a Lead Product Designer to take ownership of the product vision across mobile and web, delivering high-fidelity product concepts and defining key features of the product roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Delivery of a high-fidelity product concept
• Define the key features of the Sure Jake product roadmap (v1 to scale)
• Translate initial framework and market opportunities into a cohesive product
• Craft a unique value proposition aligned to premium creator needs
• Produce several high-fidelity UX/UI concept designs
• Build clickable prototypes demonstrating core user flows and 'aha' moments
• Establish the UX design language and feature hierarchy

Requirements:

• 7+ years experience as a Senior Product Designer
• Strong portfolio with real shipped products
• Strong Figma skills (flows, components, prototypes)
• Strong communication and ability to work autonomously
• Understanding of social platforms, creator monetisation, and engagement mechanics
• Experience with consumer, social, marketplace or content platforms is a plus
