Senior�Software�Engineer�

Signal 1 is a rapidly growing startup that helps health systems accelerate AI adoption with its innovative technology platform. They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and improve core components of their AI Management System, collaborating with various teams to deliver robust AI management solutions in healthcare.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build and improve the core components of the AIMS including integration framework, metric computation system, model full lifecycle management system, and model onboarding tools
• Prototype and ship new AI management solutions in both technological (pre-evaluation, post-evaluation, LLM monitoring, agent monitoring) and healthcare (bias, governance, compliance, performance, ROI, etc.) verticals
• Break down ambiguous, high-level problems into concrete technical solutions and engineering plans
• Work autonomously and collaboratively with Product, ML, Security, Infrastructure and other engineering teams
