KPG99 INC is seeking experienced Senior Genesys Cloud Engineers with strong hands-on expertise in cloud-based contact center solutions. This role requires individuals who can independently design, implement, and support scalable CX solutions with minimal supervision.

- Design, implement, and support scalable CX solutions with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Genesys Cloud experience
- Strong experience in cloud-based contact center platforms (Genesys Cloud preferred)
- Must have implemented at least 3 channels: Voice, Email, Outbound (Inbound-only experience is not sufficient)
- Experience with: Genesys Architect / Flow Design, APIs, REST, JSON, System integrations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions
- Experience with Amazon Connect, NICE CXone, or similar platforms
- Exposure to AI-driven CX tools (e.g., chatbots, automation, GenAI concepts)
- Knowledge of: AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Lex)
- Experience leading or owning implementations/projects
- Relevant certifications in Genesys, AWS, or Contact Center technologies
