Easyfish Marketing is an innovative marketing agency specializing in local SEO and digital growth strategies for home service contractors. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify, qualify, and book high-quality opportunities with home service contractors, focusing on revenue quality and client success.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and engage home service contractors (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.)
- Conduct cold outbound outreach via calls, SMS, and email
- Qualify prospects against our defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Book high-quality discovery calls for Account Executives
- Disqualify poor-fit leads to protect sales team efficiency
- Maintain accurate CRM data and detailed qualification notes
- Collaborate with AEs to improve lead quality, close rates, and retention outcomes
- Support ongoing refinement of outreach and qualification strategies
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of SDR/ Business Development experience
- Cold calling expertise
- Strong skills in Inside Sales, Sales, and Business Development
- Proven ability to qualify leads and identify strong-fit opportunities
- Experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to think critically and ask strategic, probing questions
- Comfortable disqualifying prospects when appropriate
- Goal-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience using CRM tools and sales technology
- Self-motivated team player with a focus on results and improvement
- Experience working with home service contractors or marketing agencies (especially SEO/local SEO) is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
- 1–3+ years SDR / sales experience
- Strong qualification and discovery skills
- Comfortable saying “no” to bad-fit prospects
- Clear communicator, high ownership mindset
