Senior Business Systems Analyst

Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Systems Analyst to join their dynamic and growing team. This role is responsible for driving the design, governance, and operational excellence of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform, while partnering closely with various teams to ensure accurate configuration data and effective use of CMDB capabilities.

• Support & Troubleshoot CMDB Issues
• Manage and Improve CMDB Governance
• Work on Enhancement Requests
