Azuga, a Bridgestone Company, is dedicated to being the fastest growing enterprise fleet management mobility solution in the industry. They are seeking a high-performing Business Development Representative to generate qualified meetings and build pipeline by engaging high-value prospects using modern sales technology and strategic prospecting.
Responsibilities:
- Own outbound prospecting efforts to generate qualified meetings and pipeline
- Leverage AI tools and modern sales technologies to research accounts, identify buying signals, and personalize outreach
- Engage Director, VP, and C-suite decision makers via phone, email, and social channels
- Develop a deep understanding of target accounts, especially organizations that operate or manage fleets of vehicles
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quota targets
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership on messaging and strategy
Requirements:
- 3+ years of BDR/SDR or equivalent experience with a track record of exceeding quota
- Experience using modern sales tools, including AI-assisted C-suite research or prospecting
- Proven ability to call into senior leadership and C-suite executives
- Strong communication and business acumen
- Background working in or with fleet-based businesses (transportation, logistics, utilities, construction, field services, telematics, etc.)
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions
