As a Spanish-English Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will resolve escalated or complex customer calls and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
Requirements:
- 6 months or more of customer services experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish-English
- Computer experience
- High speed internet (>15 mbps)
