Crawford & Company is a global leader in claims management, dedicated to restoring lives and communities. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative I to intake claims, provide excellent customer service, and assist with various responsibilities within the call center environment.
Responsibilities:
- Intake First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims
- Conducts emergency adjuster call outs via three-way calls with client
- Processes emergency or catastrophe event FNOL
- Achieves and maintains proficiency with all client instructions
- Meets or exceeds call center standards
- Provides excellent customer service to all internal team members and external customers
- Assists with special projects or performs other duties as requested
- Upholds the Crawford Code of Conduct
Requirements:
- High school diploma is required
- 1-2 years of face to face, telephony, or administrative customer service experience
- Ability to deal tactfully and professionally with clients over the phone
- Strong computer and keyboard skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good time management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability
- Excellent written, verbal and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic
