AI Solutions Developer

Bits Engineering builds AI-powered tooling to support modern methods for drug discovery and development. The role involves enriching the application with AI/ML workflow capabilities and requires a strong understanding of graph-oriented thinking to model and traverse richly relational data.

Responsibilities:

• Enriching our application with AI/ML workflow capabilities
• Designing, building, and operating the intelligent layer of the product
• Contributing across the full stack when needed
• Developing LLM-powered agentic pipelines and workflow orchestration
• Integrating scientific data APIs and domain-specific tooling
• Intelligent search and entity profile matching across complex biomedical datasets
• Managing AI infrastructure — evaluation, operations, and iterative improvement
• Full-stack contributions across a Python/Django backend and Angular frontend
