TeamGantt is a company that offers powerful project management software designed to help teams stay organized and connected. They are seeking a Client Success Manager to ensure clients have a seamless experience using their platform, build strong relationships, and assist with onboarding and troubleshooting issues.
Responsibilities:
- Support clients through onboarding and ensure they are successfully using the platform
- Provide customer support via Zoom calls, live chat, email, and troubleshooting
- Identify, negotiate and close expansion deals within existing customer base
- Manage check-ins with enterprise customers to drive renewals
- Experience in writing content and copy preferred
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer success or client-facing role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfort level with video calls and written communication
- Experience in construction field are preferred but not required
- Bilingual skills are preferred
