Title: Amelia Developer
Job Location: San Antonio, TX or Plano, TX or Tampa, FL or Colorado Springs, CO or Chesapeake, VA or Phoenix, AZ- Onsite
Contract: 6 Months
MUST HAVE:
- 6 8 years of overall IT experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Genesys Inbound Voice.
- Hands-on experience with Amelia (formerly IP soft) conversational AI platform (mandatory).
- Strong experience in Voice Bot development including speech-to-text and text-to-speech implementations.
- Solid background in NLP (Natural Language Processing), intent recognition, and entity extraction.
- Proven experience integrating Amelia with AWS Connect, Backend APIs, Webhooks, ServiceNow, Jira, Rally, Contact Centre technologies, ADS, SSO, LDAP.
- Experience working with REST, SOAP, and XML-based integrations.
- Minimum 4+ years of Python development experience.
- Experience with JavaScript and React JS.
- Experience working with JSON and ITSM / ServiceDesk automation environments.
- Ability to design, build, and deploy conversational AI solutions for customer service or internal IT use cases.
