Forward Deployed Engineer

HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self-motivated Platform Forward Deployed Engineer to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity. The role involves deploying AI platforms into customer environments, integrating them with enterprise systems, and implementing security controls.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy AI platforms into customer environments (cloud, hybrid, or on-prem)
• Configure tenants, environments, and networking to meet enterprise requirements
• Integrate AI platforms with enterprise systems such as IAM, data platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and observability stacks
• Implement security controls including identity, access management, encryption, and network isolation
• Troubleshoot deployment issues across infrastructure, platform services, and integrations
• Automate deployments and configuration using scripting and infrastructure-as-code
• Document deployment architectures and operational runbooks

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized platforms
• Deep understanding of IAM, networking, and enterprise security models
• Experience with CI/CD systems and deployment automation
• Familiarity with observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing)
• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and integration
