Polyplex USA, LLC is seeking a Sales Account Manager for the release liner segment to drive growth and expand market presence. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and collaborating with teams to develop tailored solutions while achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new customer accounts in selected markets within release liner space (mainly filmic release liners)
- Work aggressively to identify and secure new business and product opportunities consistent with the business strategy
- Creates strong connections with current and prospective customers to build a pipeline of new business for the company
- Be involved in pricing strategy of release liners with Unit Business Head
- Maintain close business relationships with key account decision makers
- Uncover and offer new products tailored to the customer’s needs
- Research and analyze market trends to include end use applications, pricing
Requirements:
- BS/BE degree (S&M-full time)
- 10+ years of knowledge/experience in Release Liner Industry
- Sales acumen (account & relationship management, value-based selling, etc.) with demonstrated consistent sales achievement
- Strong experience with customer key account management
- Pleasing Personality
- Excellent Presentation & Communication skills (Oral & written)
- Effective leadership qualities & networking skills
- Has comfort and confidence to deal with mid and senior level management and technical staff
- Should have ability to handle pressure and patience in dealing with Clients specially Senior Leaders of organizations
- Systematic & analytical in approach – should have very good understanding of numbers
- Strong in MS-Office specifically in MS-Excel
- High EQ & IQ
- Willingness to travel as job requires extensive travelling
