Revedy is a design and optimization company focused on helping short-term rental investors maximize revenue through data-driven strategies. They are seeking a proactive Marketing & Sales Manager responsible for lead generation, marketing execution, and closing deals to drive revenue growth and enhance client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate qualified leads
- Manage and grow inbound channels (social media, email, partnerships, etc.)
- Identify and pursue outbound opportunities (cold outreach, partnerships, networking)
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns for performance
- Run discovery and sales calls with prospective clients
- Understand investor goals and position our services effectively
- Close deals and drive revenue growth
- Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide STR consulting and strategic recommendations
- Help clients understand how to maximize ROI through design and positioning
- Create compelling, customized client proposals
- Translate client goals into clear, actionable plans
- Work closely with internal team to align expectations so handoff to execution is seamless
Requirements:
- Proven ability to generate leads and/or close deals
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Experience in marketing, sales, or business development (STR experience is a big plus)
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools is a plus
