Ensemble Health Partners is a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems. They are seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) responsible for program-level delivery flow and agile maturity across multiple teams, providing oversight and coaching to ensure effective collaboration and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Own and improve end‑to‑end delivery flow across multiple teams, ensuring alignment to program objectives and commitments
- Facilitate PI Planning, ART Syncs, and Inspect & Adapt events
- Coach leaders and teams to improve agile maturity, execution consistency, and delivery predictability
- Support organizational change by helping leaders and teams adopt new ways of working and sustain improvements
- Improve cross‑team collaboration, dependency management, and program‑level risk mitigation
- Partner with ART and delivery leadership to align execution, resolve risks, and improve delivery outcomes
- Establish and maintain program‑level metrics and dashboards to provide transparency and drive continuous improvement
- Support release readiness and coordination, enabling informed go/no‑go decisions
Requirements:
- 7+ years experience in agile delivery across multiple teams or programs
- Experience operating at a program or multi‑team level in an agile environment
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder‑influencing skills
- Proven ability to improve delivery flow, predictability, and risk management
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), including Nooga boards, for program‑level delivery tracking
- Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences
- This position pays between $111,800 - 192,900 based on experience
- This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require

- SAFe SPC or equivalent agile coaching certification preferred
