Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads and convert them into bookings, appointments, or enrollments
- Manage daily performance metrics with full accountability for results
- Collaborate with leaders for ongoing feedback and real-time coaching
- Contribute to a fast-paced, data-driven sales culture focused on growth
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast learner with a proactive and goal-oriented attitude
- Comfortable with structure, targets, and measurable outcomes
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- No prior sales experience required - training provided (entry-level friendly)
- 100% remote — work from anywhere
