Device/Process Integration Engineer

Nexus Semiconductor Recruitment is seeking a Device/Process Integration Engineer to join their rapidly growing advanced-manufacturing environment. In this role, you will influence device performance, drive technology advancements, and collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams within a modern manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:

• Lead device and process improvements by applying semiconductor physics expertise, data characterization, simulations, and structured experimentation
• Own critical parametric performance metrics and drive capability enhancements across key modules and integrated flows
• Analyze yield, parametric trends, and outlier behaviors to identify root causes, define corrective actions, and prevent recurrence
• Partner closely with integration, reliability, test, packaging, and product engineering teams to enable robust technology development and high-volume manufacturing readiness
• Guide the creation, review, and optimization of product flows to ensure devices meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements
• Facilitate technical discussions, lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts, and support technology transfers and qualifications

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant engineering experience in semiconductor process, device, or integration roles
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Applied Physics, Solid-State Physics, Quantum Mechanics, or related field
• Strong understanding of semiconductor device behavior, materials, and physics fundamentals
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex issues through analytical methods, structured experimentation, and data-driven decision‑making
• Effective communicator with the ability to convey technical insights and influence diverse engineering groups
• Proven track record of managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and driving tasks to completion
• Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, evolving environments with competing priorities
• Collaborative mindset with the initiative to take ownership and deliver results
