Liberty Healthcare Corporation is hiring for a Director of Business Development position. In this key role, you will execute the growth strategy of Liberty Healthcare’s population health service lines, resulting in the acquisition of significant new business for the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting market analysis and identifying viable new business opportunities
- Identifying and developing relationships with decision makers in managed care organizations, ACOs, hospitals, public health organizations, and other healthcare organizations
- Direct sales - including cold calling
- Developing customized healthcare solutions that leverage Liberty Healthcare’s core competencies and meet customer needs
- Assisting in new program / service design
- Assisting in the development of budgets, proposals and presentations
- Delivering sales presentations to individuals and groups
- Successfully negotiating terms and executing contracts
Requirements:
- Five or more years of consultative sales experience specifically within the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of establishing productive relationships with decision makers within managed care organizations, ACOs, hospitals, public healthcare entities or other healthcare organizations
- Successful track record of closing large and complex deals and meeting sales goals
