Summary

• 15+ years Oracle HCM Report Creation / Oracle Payroll implementations - techno-functional
• Fix incorrect Payroll scripts
• Fix implementation issues, post-go-live support (hypercare support)
• OTBI reporting, HCM report creation
• HDL / HSDL data loads
• Core HR

We are targeting a more senior, technical-functional Oracle resource with strong experience in Payroll implementation and post-go-live support.

Strong emphasis on:

• Oracle Payroll expertise
• Hands-on system experience (configuration + troubleshooting)
• Implementation and hypercare support

Target Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Proven experience with Oracle HCM implementations

Strong expertise in:

• Oracle Payroll (required)
• Core HR
• OTBI reporting
• HDL / HSDL data loads

Experience supporting:

• Post-go-live environments (hypercare)
• System enhancements and issue resolution

Candidates should be able to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up

Previous candidates were:

• Too junior (3 5 years)
• Too focused on documentation vs. system work

The updated expectation is a:

• Senior-level SME
• Comfortable working in complex, fast-paced environments

• Hands-on experience with configuration and troubleshooting
• Ability to work across functional and technical areas
• Experience in consulting or managed services environments (preferred)
