Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

The Moorings at Lewes is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team!

**Full Time - Up to $7,500 Sign-On Bonus!**

The Moorings at Lewes is a Springpoint Senior Living community located in Lewes, DE where we have achieved consecutive Assisted Living Deficiency Free Surveys thanks to teamwork and dedication to our residents.   We are currently seeking a full-time 7a-7p Licensed Practical Nurse and a part time 7a-7p Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. At Springpoint, our LPNs are responsible for providing the highest degree of quality nursing care to the residents, and to supervise daily nursing activities performed by the CNAs.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise direct care given to residents by CNAs.
• Complete all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensure that the resident’s privacy, confidentiality, and dignity are always maintained.
• Assist with assessments of residents and coordination of the residents’ plans of care.
• Provides emergency response to Independent Living residents.
• Assists with employee injuries.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Valid LPN License required
• CPR Certified
• 2+ Years experience as an LPN preferred

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:  

Assisted Living - FT 7a-7p Every other Weekend

Assisted Living - PT 7a-7p 2 days per week
