Duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing repairs involving, but not limited to, carpentry, painting, plumbing and basic electrical HVAC work.
- Experience using computerized maintenance management systems.
- Knowledge of maintenance practices appropriate for a licensed nursing home setting.
- Understanding of maintenance requirements in commercial food service environments, including sanitation and coordination with kitchen operations.
Qualifications - External Prefer vocational or technical education or related experience. Must have a valid Florida Driver's license. Must have the ability to read, write and speak English.
FT/40 - Monday to Friday 8:00 - 4:30 pm; on call rotations, evenings, weekends or holidays as required.
Pay rate starting at $21/hr and up based on experience
