Artificial Intelligence Engineer (Public Trust)

Mastech Digital is seeking an AI Engineer to work on assessing HR applications and identifying AI and automation opportunities. The role involves designing and developing AI models and algorithms for HR use cases, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering project documentation and reports.

Responsibilities:

• Assess HR applications and identify AI & automation opportunities
• Design and develop AI models and algorithms for HR use cases
• Recommend system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams
• Deliver project documentation, plans, and progress reports

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or similar role
• Strong background in AI, analytics, and software development
• Experience with Python, Oracle Forms/Reports, SAP ERP, WebSphere, Tomcat, and GitHub
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
