Functional Safety Engineer (Entry-Level)

SARACA is a global engineering R&D services company specializing in medical device design and development. They are seeking an entry-level Functional Safety Engineer to support safety-critical development for autonomous systems, focusing on hazard analysis and safety lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hazard & risk analysis using STPA
• Support safety requirements & lifecycle processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
• Maintain safety documentation & compliance
• Contribute to safety validation & audits

Requirements:

• Functional Safety concepts & lifecycle
• STPA, FMEA, FTA
• Risk assessment & hazard analysis
• Safety standards (ISO 13849, IEC 61508, ISO 25119)
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
