ContactLoop is a company focused on enhancing outbound sales operations through their innovative platform. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will engage prospects, qualify opportunities, and facilitate connections to the Account Executive team while leveraging their conversational AI tools.
Responsibilities:
- Execute high-volume outbound phone outreach to SMB and mid-market prospects, qualifying opportunities and routing them to the AE team
- Manage inbound leads from ContactLoop’s marketing funnel AND proactively build your own outreach pipeline, both tracks are expected
- Use our CRM to maintain accurate, up-to-date lead records, disciplined pipeline and lead management is critical to this role
- Schedule discovery calls and demos for the Account Executive team, ensuring warm, well-qualified handoffs
- Develop a working knowledge of ContactLoop’s full product suite, including our Messenger, ChatFusion, and VoiceFusion tools so you can speak confidently and credibly about how our conversational AI platform powers the consumer lifecycle
- Bring grit to every shift you will hear “no” more than “yes,” and that is exactly what this role requires
Requirements:
- Natural phone communicator who builds rapport fast, handles objections calmly, and doesn't take rejection personally
- Grit and perseverance above all else, the ability to make 100 calls and come back sharper
- Strong CRM skills (or fast learner), lead management and data discipline are non-negotiable
- Genuine interest in AI, marketing technology, and how the customer lifecycle journey is evolving
- Growth mindset, seeing the SDR seat as the launchpad it is, not a ceiling
- No degree required
- No prior SDR experience required
- Ability to hold a great phone conversation and a refusal to quit
