The Engineering Solutions Account Executive will focus on the Medical Device engineering vertical, solving engineering challenges and establishing strategic relationships with business leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Focus within the Medical Device engineering vertical
- Solve our prospects’ engineering challenges through selling our statementworX suite of SOW solutions (outcome based deliverable Projects and Programs) and traditional contract, temp to hire and direct hire service lines
- Initiate and conduct meetings with potential and current strategic Engineering business leaders experiencing or expecting growth
- Utilize research/data/technology and industry insights to generate value to engineering functions with goal of establishing strategic relationships and Kelly Engineering as an expert in Engineering Services delivery
- Nurture loyal relationships and understanding of the motivators and trends that drive growth
- Qualify partnership potential and gain commitment from executives/decision-makers, engineering directors, engineering managers, etc
- Influence and partner with a team of specialized engineering recruiters
- Be accountable to the highest standards of activity, success, teamwork and ultimate production of results
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred (not required)
- Minimum 2+ years of proven business-to-business Engineering Services sales, preferably in the focus industry vertical
- Solutions oriented, consultative and the ability to have a strategic sales approach
- Be able to build long-term sales relationships with stakeholders
- Be curious and passionate about solving the world's most challenging engineering needs and connecting talented people with meaningful careers
- Staffing Industry experience required
