Talent Connect Group (TCG) is partnering with a leading payment processing company to find a Technical Product Manager. In this high-impact role, you will own the full product lifecycle, translating business vision into requirements and collaborating with engineering and support teams to deliver a modern fintech SaaS platform.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business vision into clear, testable requirements
- Own and maintain roadmap, backlog, and release scope
- Enforce Definition of Done across the SDLC
- Ensure Jira & Confluence are the single source of truth
- Partner with Engineering & QA to deliver high-quality, predictable outcomes
- Lead acceptance, validation, and post-release feedback loops
Requirements:
- 8+ years in Product Management or Technical Product Ownership
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and architecture
- Deep experience with Agile, Jira, and backlog governance
- Proven ability to reduce rework and improve delivery predictability
- Strong communication across both technical and non-technical teams
- Fintech, CRM, or payments experience
- Experience with offshore teams
- Exposure to PCI or regulated environments
- UX/design system collaboration
