Arrow is at the forefront of the AI revolution in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), applying AI to help recover revenue faster and reduce manual work. As a Business Development Representative, you will engage with healthcare organizations to create qualified opportunities for the sales team and influence Arrow's growth trajectory in AI-driven RCM.
Responsibilities:
- Build qualified pipeline by setting discovery meetings with healthcare decision-makers (CFOs, VPs of Revenue Cycle, Directors of Billing, Operations leaders)
- Research, prioritize, and break into target healthcare organizations using outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, and account-based strategies
- Create and execute strategic outbound campaigns using Apollo CRM and related sales tools
- Analyze prospect billing and operational signals to identify organizations with the greatest need for Arrow
- Collaborate closely with AEs, marketing, and leadership to refine messaging, ICPs, and outreach strategy
- Track activity, pipeline, and outcomes with discipline, continuously improving based on what works
- Share insights and wins with the team to raise the bar across the org
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or outbound role (SaaS preferred)
- Experience using Apollo CRM (or similar outbound platforms) for prospecting and campaign execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, — especially with senior stakeholders
- Ability to learn complex concepts quickly and explain them clearly
- High level of organization, urgency, and ownership over results
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, evolving startup environment
