ICF is a global advisory and technology services provider seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join their team. The role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform, leading integrations, and managing data migrations while adhering to best practices in development and testing.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the complete application life cycle from technical design, architecture, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality Salesforce solutions using coding best practices
- Identify and recommend creative solutions to build extensions to the out-of-the-box capabilities of the platform
- Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources like architects, admins, configuration experts, and stakeholders regarding status, risks, and any technical issues
- Implement multiple AppExchange tools like DocuSign, eSign Live, and others
- Develop Salesforce to on-prem solution integrations using APIs and Web Services
- Ability to work well with customers both individually and in a highly collaborative team
- Engage in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
Requirements:
- Must be a United States (U.S.) Citizen and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract, and laws do apply
- Ability to obtain a Federal Public Trust
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.com custom development, including Lightning Design Systems, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Design System, Lighting Components, etc
- 1+ years of experience resolving technical defects, triaging issues, practicing Agile development methodologies, utilizing source control on a Salesforce project
- At least one active Salesforce Certification
- Demonstrated experience automating manual test, environment setup, and deployment processes using technologies such as Jenkins, Salesforce metadata API, Python, or Provar (or similar selenium-based tool)
- Experience developing Section 508 conformant content and know how to test their builds for Section 508 compliance
