Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a Fabric Data Engineering Lead responsible for building, migrating, and operating scalable data pipelines on the Client Fabric platform. This role focuses on hands-on engineering execution, including ingestion, transformation, data quality, and performance while collaborating closely with the Fabric Architect.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop data ingestion pipelines using Fabric Data Factory, Pipelines, and Notebooks
- Implement Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layers aligned to the defined medallion architecture
- Migrate and modernize legacy data pipelines from KEED to Fabric with validation and reconciliation
- Build transformation logic to support enterprise reporting and analytics use cases
- Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and error handling to support reliable operations
- Collaborate with BI teams to ensure data structures support Power BI semantic models and reporting needs
- Support operational readiness, deployment, and ongoing data platform support activities
Requirements:
- 8–12 years of experience in data engineering and analytics platforms
- Hands-on experience with Client Fabric, including Lakehouse, Data Factory, Pipelines, and Notebooks
- Strong SQL and data transformation skills; experience working with large, complex datasets
- Experience migrating data from legacy platforms to modern data architectures
- Familiarity with data quality, DataOps, and production support practices
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Experience with medallion architecture implementation
- Proficiency in Power BI semantic models
- Experience with KEED data pipeline migration
