Software Engineer

HARP Global Solutions, LLC is an information technology company seeking a Software Engineer to support both active client engagements and upcoming automation projects. The role involves driving automation and supply chain performance through the development and support of software systems that control real-time warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain WCS/WES software solutions
• Integrate software with WMS platforms and automation hardware
• Develop APIs and support system-to-system communication
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in live production environments
• Optimize system performance and scalability
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and deployments
• Collaborate with controls and operations teams for system alignment

Requirements:

• 3–8+ years in software development within automation or logistics
• Proficiency in Java, C#, or similar languages
• Experience with real-time systems and system integration
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and workflows
• Experience with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred
• Equivalent experience or coding expertise accepted based on clients
• Experience outweighs formal education in many cases
• Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
