They are seeking an enthusiastic university student or graduate for a one-year Graduate Take-Off Program to gain hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing while contributing to the company's goals.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links
- Develop and implement link building strategy
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
- Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
- Look for relevant websites and people to request backlinks from
- Audit the status quo of our content to identify backlink opportunities
- Perform active outreach to reach and engage potential backlink partners
- Reach out to donors through email, social media, forums, or any other channel that will help us achieve our goals
- Optimize and create landing page copywritings
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
Requirements:
- Speak fluent English
- Are within the ages of 18 - 25
- Have an undergraduate degree or will be graduating soon
- Can multitask and balance working for 20 hours per week without interruptions
- Are resilient with a positive can-do attitude
- Understand the need to #keeplearning
- Own a personal computer and a stable internet connection
- Familiarity with keyword research and data analysis tools
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and outreach channels
- Be responsible, have a sense of urgency and initiative
- Be collaborative and fearless to share new ideas and methods
