Concentrix is a forward-thinking global organization that provides customer service solutions. They are seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to interface with customers via calls and web, providing support and resolution for routine questions regarding products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain acceptable production levels as set by management
- Provide details on the discount services to help retain and save customers
- Provide high level of customer service and empathy
- Have a strong ability to ask probing questions, to discover the wants, interests and needs of our customers
- Have the ability to deliver bad news and de-escalate critical situations
- Be efficient in navigating multiple systems
- Participate in ongoing training and self-development
- Maintain advanced knowledge of procedures, product information and online resource tools
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality as scheduled and adhere to all company time and attendance policies
- Participate in activities designed to improve business performance
- Ensure that all quality targets are met and maintained

Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of solid customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and ask discovery questions
- A strong heart and mind for servicing others
- Comfortability with Outlook, asynchronous tools, and Microsoft Excel
- Must be comfortable being on web camera
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Ability to utilize tools and resources to efficiently assist our customers
- Ability to articulate in a professional and efficient manner
- Ability to break down complex subject matter into relatable knowledge for our customers
- Ability to be flexible with the hours of operation
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
