Senior Salesforce Developer

Ocho is a global payments technology company that focuses on providing a unified platform for businesses to accept various payment types. They are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, lead solution design, and stay ahead of Salesforce releases and emerging AI tooling.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions — from data modelling to UX design
• Lead solution design across cross-functional teams, owning deliverables end-to-end
• Build and review AI-assisted code, setting standards for prompt governance and output validation
• Develop proof-of-concept builds to qualify requirements and showcase platform capabilities
• Swarm on high-priority issues as part of a tight-knit team of admins and developers
• Stay ahead of Salesforce releases and emerging AI tooling — and bring what's relevant back to the team

Requirements:

• 6 or more years in a Salesforce analysis or development role (equivalent experience in a related analytical or admin position will be considered)
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Flow Builder and declarative automation
• Experience across multiple Salesforce products, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Voice, or e-Sign
• Familiarity with Salesforce's native AI capabilities and where they replace or augment custom-built solutions
• Lightning Component experience is a bonus
• Practical, demonstrated experience working with AI coding assistants
• The confidence and technical grounding to critically review AI-generated code and documentation
• Strong communicator at all levels of an organisation, able to translate business needs into detailed requirements and design documentation
• Thrives in ambiguity and willing to backtrack and experiment to validate approaches
• Able to juggle competing priorities with ease and take genuine ownership of deliverables end to end
