Title: Salesforce Field Service (FSM) Consultant
Location: California (Remote with Occasional Travel)
Job Description:
We are seeking a strong Salesforce Field Service (FSM) Consultant with solid implementation experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Field Service Lightning and Service Cloud.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Salesforce Field Service (FSM / Field Service Lightning)
- Hands-on with Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling Policies
- Experience with Dispatcher Console & Optimization
- Salesforce Service Cloud knowledge
- Strong experience with Flows, Apex, and Lightning (LWC/Aura)
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Good understanding of mobile workforce solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification
- Experience in end-to-end FSM implementations
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Design and implement FSM solutions
- Configure and customize Salesforce platform
- Support integrations and deployments
- Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
