Job Overview:
Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Strong experience in U.S. and Canadian payroll processing.
- Proficiency with ADP and Workday payroll systems.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and provincial payroll regulations.
- Experience managing multi-state and multi-province payroll.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience:
- 5 10+ years of payroll experience.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for U.S. and Canadian employees on a regular schedule.
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and commissions.
- Validate timekeeping data and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain payroll schedules and ensure timely processing.
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations.
- Prepare and reconcile payroll reports and year-end documents.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain employee payroll records in HR systems.
- Assist with system updates, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and deductions.
- Guide payroll policies and processes.
Should Have:
- CPP or FPC certification.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments.
- Strong problem-solving and independent working ability.
- Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork.
