Junior Maximo Developer

Our leading Federal systems integrator client is seeking a Junior Maximo Developer to support an enterprise-level IBM Maximo Proof of Concept (PoC) for a Department of War (DoW) client. This role will focus on configuration and change activities within a large-scale Maximo deployment and is ideal for a developer looking to grow within enterprise asset management and federal technology environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support an enterprise-level IBM Maximo deployment as part of a Proof-of-Concept engagement
• Assist with Maximo configuration and change requests, including updates to applications, workflows, and business rules
• Work closely with senior Maximo developers and architects to implement and test system changes
• Participate in requirements discussions and translate functional guidance into Maximo configurations
• Support testing, validation, and documentation of Maximo enhancements
• Help troubleshoot issues and contribute to iterative improvements during the PoC
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and systems integrator teams in a structured delivery environment

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience working with IBM Maximo
• Hands-on experience supporting Maximo configuration and system changes
• Familiarity with Maximo object structures, workflows, and application configuration
• Basic understanding of enterprise asset management (EAM) concepts
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, client-facing environment
• This role requires a Security Clearance, candidates who are U.S. Citizens who possess the ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance are highly preferred. Candidates with active Clearances are strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to enterprise or federal Maximo deployments
• Experience supporting proof of concept (PoC) or pilot initiatives
• Familiarity with large-scale government or regulated environments
• Experience with documentation, change management, or configuration tracking
