About this role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Daily:
- Prepare trash rooms for trash pickup.
- Clean/wash/disinfect trash rooms daily including discarded furniture.
- Clean parking lot area on a daily basis including picking up trash, blowing leaves when necessary.
- Check all trash containers: pool area, car wash, dog relief area
- Maintain the koi pond and check the filter
- Check BBQ grills
- Clean pool area and furniture on a weekly basis.
- Clean grill area and grills on a regular basis and monitor propane supply.
- Empty and clean trash cans around pool, car wash area, east and west elevators and dog relief area.
- Clean and maintain the pond areas on a regular basis.
- Disinfect the pool furniture
- Walk the docks and clean/blower
