This role involves leading concurrent security-related projects while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful execution and adherence to project management fundamentals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple IT Security projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, and budget
- Drive detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk tracking
- Ensure rigorous follow‑up on action items and commitments, proactively addressing risks before deadlines
- Facilitate clear, consistent communication with stakeholders across IT, security, legal, and governance teams
- Maintain strong documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment
- Manage project accountability, holding self and others to commitments
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments with professionalism, collaboration, and emotional intelligence
- Escalate issues appropriately and early, with recommended paths forward
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering multiple initiatives concurrently
