Full Stack Engineer

Kforce Inc is seeking a remote Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable web applications. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SaaS solutions while mentoring junior developers and promoting engineering best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, deploy, and support SaaS-based applications as part of an agile, scaled team
• Develop and enhance full-stack solutions using Java and Angular
• Lead by example through code reviews, technical guidance, and mentoring junior engineers
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation using GitLab
• Support system reliability, performance, and scalability in AWS environments
• Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle
• Promote continuous improvement, documentation, and compliance standards

Requirements:

• Senior-level experience as a Full Stack Engineer with Java and Angular
• Hands-on experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment
• Experience leading or mentoring junior developers
• Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies
• Experience using GitLab for source control and CI/CD workflows
• Experience working with AWS cloud infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and PostgreSQL
• Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools such as Amazon
