The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, writing and reviewing code, and managing project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Exceptional ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people
- Be able to interact with business users, I/T and customers to define application requirements
- Be able to write the code and Review the code of the engineers
- Involve in critical and complex technical discussions
- Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and ability to document low to highly complex functional designs and data structures, to support business and operational requirement
- Candidate should be confident to work independently, handle and guide the team and should be self-motivated
- The candidate should have good analytical and self-learning skills and desire to learn new technologies
- Candidate should have worked in microservices environment and should be fully aware of reference architectures and design patterns required for a complex implementation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in software development
- 8+ years of experience in Programming Languages: Cobol
- JCL
- 3+ years of experience in Control M on z/Os
- 3+ years of experience with DB2
- Prior experience with Integrated Eligibility and knowledge of the Healthcare domain
