Integrate is a leading demand acceleration platform that helps B2B marketers orchestrate, govern, and scale their demand generation programs. The Senior Product Manager will own and evolve the core data and lead flow infrastructure, focusing on lead management, routing, enrichment, and data orchestration to drive pipeline and improve data quality.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Management & Routing: Build and optimize systems that govern how leads are captured, validated, routed, and delivered
- Improve speed-to-lead, accuracy, and routing logic across complex GTM environments
- Data Quality & Enrichment: Drive product capabilities around enrichment, normalization, and data integrity
- Partner with data providers and internal teams to ensure high-quality, actionable records
- Ecosystem Integrations: Own integrations across CRM (Salesforce), MAPs (Marketo, HubSpot), and RevOps tools
- Identify 'better together' opportunities with adjacent platforms
- Platform Strategy: Define roadmap and strategy for Integrate’s role in the modern martech stack
- Ensure we are a system of trust for marketing and revenue data
Requirements:
- 4–8+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS
- Strong domain expertise in martech, RevOps, or GTM data infrastructure
- Proven ability to build and ship products around lead flow, routing, enrichment, or data orchestration
- Deep understanding of the modern marketing and revenue tech stack
- Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, GTM, and customers
- Ability to translate complex systems into clear product strategy and execution
- Experience building products that sit on top of or integrate deeply with Salesforce and MAPs
- Experience handling lead-to-account matching, routing logic, enrichment workflows, or data pipelines
- Experience with products used by RevOps, Marketing Ops, or GTM teams
