As a Client Product Lead, you'll manage client relationships, ensure project clarity, and coordinate between teams to translate client needs into actionable priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day health of assigned client accounts
- Product and scope tradeoff decisions in partnership with design, engineering, and leadership
- Risks across scope, timing, and stakeholder alignment — surfaced early
- Smaller projects running independently; larger ones with stronger follow-through and communication
- Take a human-centered approach to product design to each project
- Turn client feedback and goals into clear priorities and next steps
- Run client-facing rhythms and maintain momentum between meetings
- Align internal teams around priorities and decision points
- Know when to escalate and when to just handle it
- Understand the benefits of jobs-to-be-done and SCRUM as frameworks but put outcomes over process
