Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of application and systems sales engineers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the assigned market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
- Up to 40% travel
Requirements:
- 8 or more years of transferable experience in sales engineering roles
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
- Strong technical background in application and systems engineering
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience with fire protection systems and solutions, including knowledge of Honeywell XLS4000 and Honeywell Connected Life Safety Services (CLSS)
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
