IT Project Manager (Security & Compliance) || W.2 only || No C.2C & No H.1

Prudent Technologies and Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead security and compliance-driven projects in a regulated environment. This role focuses on high-visibility initiatives and requires strong coordination, tracking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead security and compliance-driven projects in a regulated environment
• Focus on high-visibility initiatives requiring strong coordination, tracking, and communication skills

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years of IT Project Management experience
• PMP Certification (Mandatory)
• Experience in compliance/regulatory environments
• Strong experience with Waterfall / Hybrid methodologies
• Ability to work with senior leadership (Director/VP level)
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Experience with: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
• Smartsheet (Important)
• SharePoint (Basic)
• IT Security or Compliance background
• Enterprise PMO experience
• Strong business-to-IT communication skills
