Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications.
- Perform end-to-end testing across ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Identify, log, and track defects; coordinate with development teams for timely resolution.
- Validate backend data using SQL queries.
- Test integrations between ServiceNow and external systems/tools.
- Maintain test environments and test data.
- Provide guidance to junior QA team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8 10 years of QA/testing experience.
