Position Overview

We are seeking a Data Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of data-driven products. This role focuses on product discovery, user needs, and delivering business value through data solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of product, data, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities (Short)

• Define product strategy and roadmap

• Conduct product discovery (user research, interviews, testing)

• Translate business needs into product features

• Collaborate with engineering and data teams for delivery

• Manage stakeholders and drive product adoption

• Use data insights to guide decisions

• Track KPIs and product performance

Required Skills

• Experience in product management (data products preferred)

• Strong knowledge of data analysis, data warehousing, and data architecture

• Hands-on understanding of ETL processes and data modeling

• Proficiency in SQL and data tools

• Understanding of CI/CD and basic DevOps concepts

• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

• Strong product discovery, user research, and prototyping skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)

• Familiarity with data engineering or big data tools

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Experience in enterprise data platforms or data governance

• Exposure to advanced analytics or machine learning concepts

• Ability to work in large, complex enterprise environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field

• Master s degree (preferred)

• Experience working in cross-functional teams
