Product Owner_ Remote
8 month contract, will more than likely extend another year
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on Product Owner / backlog owner experience in a Scrum or SAFe environment.
- Experience with internal-tools or operational products workflow design, automation, event handling, and the role of data quality in operational trust.
- Strong technical aptitude and extreme attention to detail, particularly around operational correctness and the failure modes that erode trust in a platform.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to present to leadership.
- Cross-functional stakeholder management experience, with a track record of partnering with operations or other internal-user communities.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, make trade-off decisions, and communicate rationale clearly.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred
- Experience owning products for 24/7 operational user communities.
- Experience with event, alarm, or incident management platforms including alarm rationalization, event routing, and escalation workflows.
- Familiarity with data center infrastructure: power, environmental, critical systems, and commissioning workflows.
- Experience with ServiceNow, CMDB, or similar ITSM platforms as integration partners
