JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for a REDCap Administrator who’s excited to support researchers, improve data workflows, and help maintain secure, compliant systems across our organization. If you enjoy solving problems, collaborating with diverse teams, and making research operations run more smoothly, then this is the position for you.
- What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go‑to expert for our REDCap platform. Your work will include:- Setting up and managing REDCap projects, user access, and permissions
- Helping research and operational teams design effective data collection workflows
- Troubleshooting issues and guiding users on best practices
- Ensuring our systems meet security, governance, and regulatory standards (HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11)
- Monitoring system performance and coordinating upgrades or enhancements
- Providing backup support for Box administration, including permissions and secure file management
- Contributing to documentation, process improvements, and system integrations

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Required
- Education
High School Diploma or GED
Plus, successful completion of vocational training in computer programming.
- Experience
5 years in computer operation and/or programming, including at least one (1) year as Programmer Analyst I or equivalent
College degree in related field may be used in lieu of experience.
JOB DUTIES
- Defines and analyzes problems of moderate complexity or assists user personnel in analyzing and defining such problems for computer solutions.
- Designs computer system to accomplish solution of each problem, integrating computer capabilities with user requirements.
- Reanalyzes problem if computer cannot handle original design effectively; makes modifications as necessary.
- Selects or modifies existing programs or program systems as applicable and structures data formats for solution of problems.
- Implements systems or job streams.
- Estimates resources required for project and planning purposes.
- Schedules computer hardware to effect more economical use of existing equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
