Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee evaluations for coding tasks across multiple programming languages such as Python, Java, C, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Develop test cases to assess system performance across diverse engineering scenarios
- Analyze system behavior on real-world use cases to identify strengths and areas for improvement
- Communicate evaluation insights and results effectively to research teams
- Contribute to high-impact open-source projects and support system optimization
Requirements:
- Strong experience in open-source contributions with an active GitHub or similar profile
- Strong experience in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Deep familiarity with widely-used libraries, frameworks, and development tools
- Strong understanding of software architecture, performance optimization, and scalable code patterns
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working in distributed and asynchronous teams
- Ability to independently identify areas of improvement and execute solutions with minimal oversight
- Experience using Git, CI/CD systems, and open-source workflows
