Halon is a company focused on building secure and scalable infrastructure for business-critical communication through Dynamic Email Operations. They are seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Representative to drive the end-to-end sales cycle, build relationships with C-level executives, and exceed revenue targets in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to winning high-value enterprise deals
- Build and expand strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in large enterprises and service providers
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success to align client needs with Halon’s solutions
- Consistently meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets through strong pipeline management and accurate forecasting
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, positioning Halon as the go-to partner for mission-critical email infrastructure
Requirements:
- Proven track record of winning and closing complex enterprise deals
- Strong drive for quota achievement, performance, and competition with a history of overachievement
- Ability to confidently engage and sell at C-level
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, can-do mindset with the ability to independently build pipeline and drive momentum
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving scale-up environment with high ownership
- Fluency in English required
- Experience in email infrastructure, deliverability, or related domains is a strong plus
- Additional languages are a big plus
